Workshop with Piotr Domalewski during the 18. Węgiel Film Festival

As part of the 18. Węgiel Film Festival a workshop "Director-actor cooperation" based on the example of the latest film by Piotr Domalewski, "I never cry" (2020) will take place. The workshop will be conducted by Piotr Domalewski, director of the film, together with actress Zofia Stafiej, who plays the main role.

Piotr Domalewski - director, screenwriter, playwright, actor, graduate of film directing at the Radio and Television Faculty (currently Kieślowski Film School at the University of Silesia). His full-length feature debut "Silent Night" won 22 awards, including five Golden Lions, nine Eagles, incl. for Best Film. Piotr Domalewski is the winner of the Polityka Passport 2020 in the film category.

Zofia Stafiej - actress, 3rd year student of the Acting Department of the Lodz Film School. Winner of awards at the 45th Polish Film Festival in Gdynia and at the 51st International Film Festival in India for the main role in the film "I never cry" directed by Piotr Domalewski. You can also see her on the screens in the production of "25 Years of Innocence" directed by Jan Holoubek.

18. Węgiel Film Festival will be held on May 13-16, 2021.
