We got to know the nominees for the Kazimierz Kutz Award. The award promotes artists who combine artistic activity with social commitment, presenting an attitude close to the patron of the award, Kazimierz Kutz.
The winner of the 2nd edition of the award will be announced on February 16, 2022 at a gala at the Stanisław Wyspiański Theatre in Katowice.
Nominated for the 2nd edition of the Kazimierz Kutz Award are:
- Joanna Helander, photographer, documentary film director, writer and translator
- Tomasz Konior, architect
- Zbigniew Rokita, writer
- Wojciech Smarzowski, film director
- Szczepan Twardoch, writer
Kazimierz Kutz Award is awarded by the Stanisław Wyspiański Theatre , the City of Katowice and the University of Silesia in Katowice. The members of the jury of the Kazimierz Kutz are: prof. Ryszard Koziołek, prof. Krystyna Doktorowicz, Iwona Świętochowska-Kutz, Ewa Niewiadomska, Olgierd Łukaszewicz, Halina Bieda, prof. Antoni Cygan, prof.
