Alicja Grawon-Jaksik

President of the National Chamber of Audiovisual Producers (KIPA), previously the director of the Chamber in 2013-2017. Between 2016-2018, a member of the Digitization Council at the Ministry of Digitization, expert of the Polish Film Institute and the Regional Film Fund. Between 2011-2015, a secretary of the Court of Arbitration of the Audiovisual Market in Warsaw, currently its arbitrator. In 2011-2013, she was a representative of the Minister of Culture in the MEDIA program committee in Brussels.

She works with production companies as a financial and accompanying producer, consultant in film and series productions specializing in legal, business and financial matters. In 2020, the Accompanying Producer of "Geniuses" dir. Thor Klein (production: "Shipsboy"; "Tarapaty2" by Marta Karwowska-Świderska (production: KOI Studio); co-producer of "Lamb" by Valdimar Jóhannsson (production: Madants).

A member of the team responsible for the development of the act on financial support for audiovisual production (the so-called 'cash rebate' in Poland), which came into force in 2019. She completed a course for members of supervisory boards and management boards certified by the Ministry of Treasury, completed with a state examination.

The creator of the Akcelerator program for young entrepreneurs from the AV sector supported by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. In 2019, a mentor at the Media Biz Hub ("Media Biznes Startup") at the Łódź Film School. A graduate of Radio and Television Faculty of the University of Silesia in Katowice (currently Kieslowski Film School) and a graduate of doctoral studies at SWPS University in Warsaw (without the title). Lecturer at several film schools, including Kieslowski Film School, Lodz Film School, Wajda School.
