Our films among the winners of the 15th Offeliada Film Festival

Films produced at the Kieślowski Film School have won laurels at the 15th Offeliada Film Festival. “Time to Revolt” (2022), directed by Daniel Le Hai, “Imprisoned” (2021), directed by Piotr Bieliński and “The Hero” (2021), directed by Milena Dutkowska bagged awards and distinctions at the 15th edition of the Offeliada Film Festival in Gniezno.

Grand Jury Awards went to the documentary etudes “Imprisoned” and “Time to Revolt”. The main jury was composed of Leszek Dawid, Maria Wiernikowska, and Daniel Rycharski.

“Imprisoned” also received the Stanisław Brzozowski Krytyka Polityczna Award for “special social sensitivity of a film work.”

“The Hero” won the “Icarus” Award of the Gniezno Fantasy Fantasmagoria Club for the best film dealing with subjects of fantasy or science fiction and the “Hamlet” Award from the Student Jury.

The animated film “C’est la vie,” co-directed by an employee of the Kieślowski Film School, Wojciech Sankiewicz, is also one of the festival’s winners. “C’est la vie” won the Grand Jury award and the Mikołaj Wojciechowski Scholarship of PLN 2,000 awarded to promising filmmakers.

The 15th edition of the Offeliada Film Festival took place on November 10-13, 2022, in Gniezno.
