Krzysztof Szlapa, photographer and staff member at the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School of the University of Silesia, has released a photography album titled „Kraina” („The Land").

The premiere of the album Kraina will take place on May 8, 2025, and will inaugurate an exhibition of the same name at the Museum of Craft in Krosno.

This is a unique offering for everyone who seeks not only beauty in photography but also a deep reflection on the relationship between humans and the surrounding world. The exhibition will run until June 8, 2025.

Justyna Hanna Budzik writes in the album’s introduction:
„The photographs in Kraina depict landscapes understood as a meeting point between the human and the more-than-human”.
