Since yesterday, the 22nd Neisse Film Festival has been underway, where as many as three of our productions will be shown on the big screen!
The following films have been selected for the short film competition:

A summer day. At a modest wedding, a mysterious woman from the couple’s past appears. Her unexpected presence awakens desire in the newlyweds.
Take me to her | Directed by: Bartłomiej Błaszczyński | Cinematography: Fryderyk Potoczek | Production management: Alicja Osiej, Dorota Damec, Monika Borówka
Basia pretends everything is fine in front of her husband. At entrance exams for drama school, she meets Alicja and the baby she's caring for. After a demanding performance and a tough confrontation with her husband, Basia impulsively decides to take Alicja’s child, unknowingly putting it in danger. The shock leads her to become ready for change and healing.
Ladylike | Directed by: Olga Hajnosz | Cinematography: Jakub Piórkowski | Production management: Olga Mrowiec
Alex is a sensitive boy with androgynous looks, which puts him at odds with stereotypical ideas of masculinity. The lack of acceptance from his tough classmates causes him to increasingly feel pressure to conform. The arrival of a new student – Tomek – brings him a companion who, as it soon turns out, harbors a secret of his own.
Congratulations to all the teams – we’re thrilled that your films have been noticed and appreciated at the festival!
A special round of applause goes to the creators of "Ladylike", which returned with a statuette from the 24th Independent Days|Filmfest!
The jury honored it as a film about identity, bullying, and exclusion – important, powerful, and real.
The 22nd Neisse Film Festival takes place from May 20 to 25, 2025, in cinemas across Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic. Don’t miss it!
