With great joy, we announce that as many as four of our productions have been selected for the official lineup of this year’s festival in Koszalin!
INITIUM
Director: Marek Mogilski | Cinematography: Maria Majerczyk | Production Manager: Bartosz Jarzynowski
Maks, a young art conservator, arrives at a women’s convent to restore a painting in the monastery church. His secular demeanor disrupts the sacred order, much to the dismay of one of the nuns. This sparks a series of sharp exchanges that gradually evolve into a mutual fascination.
If I Had Balls

Anka, a young woman, is institutionalized in a psychiatric hospital. She insists there’s nothing wrong with her. Anka becomes the leader of a therapy group and establishes new rules that begin to cause problems. She believes that none of this would be an issue—if only she had balls between her legs.
The Depths of Dreams
Director: Aleksander Pakulski | Cinematography: Aneta Bochnacka | Production Manager: Natalia Bąba
A day in the life of Bartek, who has spasticity. Despite his limitations, he strives to embrace life to the fullest. As he pushes his boundaries, he is transported into an underwater world—a place that becomes his true home.
Repetitions
Director: Maciej Czuchryta | Cinematography: Maksymilian Łobaczewski
This film centers on intimate interviews with residents of a small sanatorium, conducted in the facility’s gymnasium. Repetitive exercises serve as catalysts for personal stories of pain and pleasure, revealing the most vivid moments of human experience. The documentary is not only an aesthetic essay on suffering but also a story of recovery and the resilience of the human spirit.
The festival will take place in Koszalin from September 2–6, 2025.
Heartfelt congratulations to all the creators!
