Our Films in the Official Selection of the 5th Wajda Film Festival!

The 5th Wajda Film Festival kicks off today, and the official selection features several of our productions!

In the selection you will find:

Honey Bunny, Director: Gracjana Piechula | Cinematography: Aleksandra Kamińska | Production management: Marcin Costilla-Kamiński

Staszek, a retired firefighter, shares everything with his beloved wife Alinka – except the bedroom. He finds it easier to show affection to the fluffy rabbits he keeps in his backyard shed than to Alinka. When he discovers that his wife, behind his back, has taken a job as a professional cuddler at the Honey Bunny cuddle salon, he must confront not only her, but also his own sexuality and needs.

This year, Mateusz awaits the birth of his son, which becomes a pretext for many conversations with his clients about shoes, poetry, and life...

Maks, a young art conservator, arrives at a convent to restore a painting in the monastery church. His secular attitude disrupts the sacred order, which does not sit well with one of the nuns. What begins as a series of sharp remarks gradually turns into mutual fascination.

The competition screenings will take place on August 23, 2025, at 1:00 PM.

The 5th Wajda Film Festival runs from August 22 to 24, 2025.

We must also mention Ave Eva, directed by our alumna Agnieszka Nowosielska, which is also part of this year’s festival selection!
