We cordially invite you to a meeting with Wojciech Diduszko, programmer and Director of the Polish Competition at the Millennium Docs Against Gravity Film Festival. The event will take place on Monday, December 19, 2022, at 10:00 in the Kieślowski Film School cinema hall in Katowice.

The open meeting for students will explore the programming of the Polish Competition at the Millennium Docs Against Gravity Festival and the festival's cooperation with documentary filmmakers. The meeting will be led by Prof. Anna Huth, Director of the Institute for Film and Theater Arts at the University of Silesia.

The 20th edition of Millennium Docs Against Gravity will take place in cinemas on May 12–21, 2023. The online section will be held on the mdag.pl platform on May 23–June 4, 2023. Millennium Docs Against Gravity opened up new avenues for documentary films in Poland and has captured the interests of diverse audiences since then. In 2022, the European Film Academy (EFA) included Millennium Docs Against Gravity among the most important European film festivals. The films awarded at the festival will have the opportunity to apply for the EFA.
