The Habitat International Film Festival is currently taking place in New Delhi, as part of which the Kieślowski Film School plays an important role, namely thanks to the Polish Institute in New Delhi, we managed to organize film workshops for people who want to get to know Polish cinema from behind the scene.

Film workshops as part of HIFF 2023 were conducted by Dr. Anna Huth, Grzegorz Paprzycki and Jakub Kopeć, for which they deserve considerable applause. According to Kajus Augustyniak, the director of the Polish Institute in New Delhi, Polish film workshops are the biggest attraction of the festival and their success is manifested, among other things, in the ratio of the number of willing people to the number of free places. These words are undoubtedly a precious praise towards Polish film schools and, at the same time, hope that it will be possible to develop a certain repeatability aimed at promoting Polish cinematography and Poland in the strict sense in the coming years.

At the invitation of the festival organizers, we had the pleasure to present eight films by our students and graduates, four fiction films and four documentaries. In addition, during HIFF 2023, the film entitled "Perfect Number" directed by prof. Krzysztof Zanussi, lecturer at the Kieślowski Film School.

Habitat International Film Festival runs from March 17 to 26, 2023 in one of the most important cultural centers in New Delhi. For 10 days, over 60 films from 20 countries of the world could be seen by Indian viewers, mainly students of local art schools. The main partner of the current edition of the festival is Australia. We would like to thank all those who contribute to the promotion of Polish culture abroad, in particular we would like to thank the Polish Institute in New Delhi for financing the project, and then to the workshop leaders and filmmakers, i.e. prof. Krzysztof Zanussi and students and graduates.
